My approach
Hey Team! My Name is Marc Weber from Germany and I’m a Snowboard and Ski Instructor based in Niseko, Japan for the upcoming 24/25 season. I want to make your Snowboard or Ski experience as enjoyfull as possible. Snowsports is my passion and I want to share it with you. Show you the fun, freedom and adrenaline you get from it! It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an intermediate rider. My goal is to share that same passion with you that started for me after my first lesson! Let’s create an awesome community and stay connected!
I joined Snowminds in 2024 as a Team Leader. I’ll be helping new Snowminds Instructors get things started in their first season in Niseko, Japan. My role is to prepare them and get them exited for what’s to come. Before we fly out to Japan the new Snowminds Instructors will be trained in Kaprun, Austria. Let’s ride powder together?
Riding powder is a different techique to just cruising around on groomers. It’s that feeling of floating on clouds. A smooth, elegant and quiet ride were your board doesn’t touch the bottom of the snow.
